The Aggie Innovation Space
recently worked NMSU student Arturo Dominguez to help him bring his first iteration of a exoskeleton hand from idea to reality. Mr. Dominguez brought his idea and passion to the AIS and was taught how to use all the software and machines he would need to 3D Print his ideas. The end result can be seen in the pictures to the left. But one thing is for sure, Mr. Dominguez isn’t finished innovating… in fact he plans to further work on the design and eventually develop an “Assisted Grip” device. Contact us to learn how you can bring your ideas to life!
“I just wanted to thank you for the assistance in 3-D printing my exo skeleton hand. This is a project i will be further developing in hopes of making it an assist grip device for people. I appreciate the materials you allowed me to use and the help from the friendly and intelligent staff.” – Arturo Dominguez
